Creativity Tastes Good

The explosion of digital technologies over the past decade has created “empowered” consumers who are fully capable of calling the shots. The differentiator is the power of your story and how well you engage with consumers across multiple channels. We can help you achieve your goals using public relations, analytics, creativity, technology and branding to give you a distinct competitive advantage in the marketplace. We begin with your story because everything flows out from that key message.

Never before has brand reputation been more important. Brands that are authentic rise to the top. Brands that care have higher profit margins. Brands that are trusted get greater results. Your brand is your promise to your customer. It tells them what they can expect from your products and services, and it differentiates your offering from competitors. Your brand is derived from who you are, who you want to be and who people perceive you to be.

For over a quarter of a century, we’ve been bringing great stories to the marketplace and generating real results for our clients as we protect and guide their reputations. What we’re doing every day builds credibility and trust in a way that can’t be duplicated in any other medium.

Your brand story matters most and we can help you tell it.

Visual branding and design thinking is moving closer to the center of many organizations. Images and words are equally powerful in identifying your brand and our experienced design team will help your brand make its mark.

Meet our new Art Director

Tracy is the new Art Director at The Creative Company, where she flushes out ideas and works her creative magic to bring them to life. With a background in logo and apparel design, branding, email marketing, social media graphic design, photography, and a lifetime spent in the gym playing basketball, Tracy’s skills (and height!) bring new energy to what The Creative Company offers. She holds a B.S.E. in Health, Human Performance and Recreation and a B.A. in Graphic Design, both from UW–Whitewater.

Who is Tracy? Give me your “elevator speech” about yourself!
I’m a country girl from South Dakota that is blessed with a caring and loving family who has supported me through all my adventures. I’ve always had a love for sports and competing, which led to some great opportunities playing basketball in college. I’m really just a kid at heart who loves to play games, and I don’t ever want to grow up.

Also, who is Tracy in 5 words?
Lighthearted, Kind, Resourceful, Loyal & Tall.

How did you get interested in graphic design, photography; being an artist?
I’ve always been artistic from as early as I can remember – I could color and draw all day! I got into designing shirts when I worked at a summer camp, but mostly because I didn’t want to wear an ugly staff shirt! That evolved into creating their brochures and doing all the summer camp photography. I decided to go back to school after that and get another degree for Graphic Design and the rest is history!

Why work for The Creative Company? Does the “creative” part of it suit you?
I am so happy to be at The Creative Company – where I am actually allowed to be creative and try new things! I’ve had so many jobs that stymie the creative process, so this has been a total breath of fresh air! The “creative” part definitely suits me because I lose interest and get bored pretty quickly if I’m doing the same thing all the time. I am so very grateful for this opportunity to work with wonderful people who support and challenge me daily!

Describe what a day is like for you here at TCC.
I endure tons of smiles and optimistic attitudes all day. It has been really rough! Every day has been very different so far, but typically I spend most of my time at the computer coming up with new graphics and designs for emails, logos and newsletters.

Favorite thing to do when not working?
I have a couple things! Being out in nature rock climbing and/or camping with friends is towards the top, because few things beat sitting around a campfire & playing guitar! I also enjoy a good nap in my hammock, movie marathons and traveling to new places (usually for a concert!). Above all of that, spending time with musician friends that I have had the pleasure of getting to know over the years from photographing at different festivals and venues has been the biggest blessing. I still pinch myself every time I see them and get to photograph! It is a total honor to work with people I admire so deeply.

Shooting for Skillet

Hanging with Chris Tomlin

Mean mugging with TobyMac

Something funny or surprising about yourself?
I have a hard time remembering new people’s names, but I can recall thousands of song lyrics perfectly.

Anything else?
I can make a water drop noise with my mouth.
