Laura Gallagher – President and Founder

Laura Gallagher is the President of The Creative Company and the author of #180in120 – How to Recharge Your Business in 120 Days. She is the 2019 SBA’s Women in Business Champion of the Year. In 2016, she was recognized by the Governor and the State of Wisconsin as a Trailblazer. She returned to school and became a 48 year old scholar in 2017 graduating from the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City program and Babson College’s 10KSB. She is very proud of the talent and energy her team brings to every campaign at The Creative Company.
Craig Hadley – Senior Web Developer

Craig is a business performance specialist concentrating on results that move the needle. By combining his expertise in technology (CSS, WordPress, SEO, Shopify, Woo, email marketing, etc.) with project-tested experience, Craig helps The Creative Company deliver high quality, goal-driven outcomes for retail, B2B, and eCommerce clients. Craig’s past work includes projects in the nonprofit, financial, and online commerce fields, including authoring audit-tested software, which has processed more than 50 million dollars in homebuyer assistance funds for first-time homebuyers in Illinois and Wisconsin.
Tyler Grimh – Director of Cinematography

Tyler is the Director of Cinematography at The Creative Company. He started doing videos while working in a gym in 2017, just for fun! It wasn’t long before he got serious about videography and went to Madison College. During a school project, he met Laura at WED 2018. They hit it off and the rest is history! Tyler’s keen eye and appetite for making the best possible product have produced several award-winning documentaries for the firm’s clients, including a national gold MarCom Award for Midwest Environmental Advocates in 2019. He served our country as an electrical engineer on the USS Cole from 2004 to 2008 as a member of the U.S. Navy. Tyler continues to work extensively in the fitness industry. He co-owns ALIGN, a wellness company with his wife, Dr. Ana Grimh, which will open in Madison this summer.
Hallie Heuser – Visual Content Artist

Hallie has a creative eye and diverse design experience. That along with her passion helping businesses of all sizes achieve their goals make her a great asset on The Creative Company team. With a BFA in Graphic Design from Mississippi State University, a Web Design certificate and Digital Marketing Diploma both from Madison College, she uses her product design, graphic design, website design, and digital marketing skills to look at the whole picture of what businesses need to achieve their goals. Hallie is a creative problem solver who finds unique solutions beyond the norm.
Ben Sefarbi – Public Relations Media Specialist

Ben has spent more than 10,000 hours in newsrooms in the Midwest, including time at NBC15 in Madison. He received a certificate in Crisis Communication from the Public Relations Society of America and holds the role of helping local businesses and nonprofits prepare for crises. His passion for digital content, helping clients communicate their message to communities, and collaborating with media to cover meaningful local news is precisely what he sought to accomplish after obtaining his Journalism degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Cassandra DeGuide – Public Relations Account Executive/Media Specialist

Cassandra brings her broadcast journalism and crisis communication knowledge to The Creative Company. After spending three years as a multi-media journalist at WREX-TV in Rockford, Illinois, she understands the power of information and how effective storytelling can guide others to respond. Cassandra’s efforts helped bring home a Regional Edward R. Murrow Award for coverage on racial injustice protests. She gained her bachelor’s degree in journalism at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received a certificate in Crisis Communication from the Public Relations Society of America. She now brings her skills to The Creative Company to help local organizations prepare for crises and help spread their missions to the public in the hopes of building communities up.
Shawn Krohn – Art Director

Shawn is the Art Director at The Creative Company, bringing 10+ years of agency experience to the table. A strategic thinker and designer with a knack for the conceptual, Shawn crafts work that creates impactful brand experiences across multiple mediums. With a strong foundation in branding, visual design, and UX, Shawn has developed creative for brands like Jones Dairy Farm, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), Sarpino’s Pizza, Milio’s Sandwiches, and the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin. Raised in Wisconsin, Shawn does appreciate a schtickle of cheese now and then.
William Arnold – Accounting Specialist

William Arnold is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a major in business marketing and accounting. He is pursuing his CPA license and an MBA through the Bolz Arts and Business Administration program. With experience in tax preparation, financial accuracy, and customer service, Will brings a detail-oriented and strategic approach to The Creative Company. As a VITA/TCE-certified volunteer, he has hands-on tax preparation experience Beyond work, Will was a Rank Leader in the UW-Madison Marching Band and actively involved in WUD Music and the Music for Therapy Association, using music to uplift others. At The Creative Company, he applies his financial expertise and leadership skills to ensure smooth accounting operations, accurate reporting, and strategic support for the team.
Coco – Chief Morale Officer
Coco, The Creative Company’s beloved office dog, proudly serves as Chief Morale Officer. A mini Australian Shepherd in training at DogHaus University, she excels at greeting visitors, boosting team spirit, and adding joy to the workday. When not supervising from her dog mom’s desk, she enjoys play breaks, attending staff meetings, and offering a supportive paw. Whether keeping the team energized or sneaking in a quick nap, Coco is an essential part of The Creative Company family.
