  • Apply and extend established brand standards.
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print and digital use.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, account leads, digital specialists and videographers.
  • Manage multiple assignments and communicate clearly about priorities, progress and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, typography, layout, visual hierarchy and brand development.
  • Professional graphic design experience or equivalent education and training.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides and website design.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of print production and file preparation.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.
  • Reliability, curiosity and a commitment to excellent work.
  • The ability to work in our Madison office during general business hours.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a part-time, in-office position of approximately 20–25 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on workload and availability.

Compensation will reflect the selected candidate’s experience, portfolio strength and range of capabilities.

What the Role Offers:

  • The opportunity to create meaningful work for businesses, nonprofits and community organizations.
  • Collaboration with an experienced full-time designer who will provide guidance and support.
