Since joining the firm in March 2021 as a designer, Heuser has played a key role in strengthening operational systems, supporting financial processes, and ensuring consistent execution across client engagements. In her expanded role, she will continue to advance workflow coordination, onboarding, and operational discipline, supporting both team performance and client experience.
