None of Us Can Do What All of Us Can Do Together
As I write this welcome, the world is waking up. After a long winter, Spring is here. The grass is green. The birds are chirping. All of nature is a symphony of growth, beauty, and joyful exuberance. I sense we will be joining in the celebration as places we love to visit, restaurants, and live music and entertainment begin a slow but sure re-entry into our lives.
Here at The Creative Company, where we bring stories to life for brands, we are in a better place than we were a year ago. We know how fortunate we are to be able to say it, too. Things were so uncertain, and yet, our commitment never wavered. As I said to the troops then, this company has made it through the Gulf War, 9/11, two recessions, and more. We’ll get through this too!
Faithful clients continued to retain us even when the pandemic began. All remarkably experienced growth. Some companies and non-profit organizations decided to take the opportunity of a quieter season to rebrand, retaining The Creative Company to guide them toward a solution. These clients were able to take the time to focus in a way that busier seasons won’t allow. New things were born, discoveries were made, and people moved their ideas forward.
In just a few weeks, we’ll be moving back to West Washington Avenue, to our new space on the ground floor of West Washington Place. We’ve spent months planning the build-out with you in mind. In addition to space to meet and create in downtown Madison, we also have access to a community room with a large kitchen and a fireplace as well as a rooftop garden. We’ve also added to our team to serve you better, bringing on Chris DuPre as Director of Public Relations, Hallie Hauser as Visual Content Artist and Tyler Grihm as Digital Media Specialist!
This last year provided a reset of sorts for many businesses. We’ve learned how to adapt, grow, and change despite many obstacles. We experienced just how strong we are, as well as how much we need each other. None of us can do what all of us can do together. Whether together or apart, we made it through because we supported each other.
